Erez Paz is a technology entrepreneur and hands-on CTO from Herzliya, Israel. For more than 25 years he has worked inside enterprise IT — infrastructure, storage, virtualization, disaster recovery, cloud and cybersecurity — first as an engineer and consultant, later as a founder building products for the same environments he spent years operating.

He has founded and led companies across the enterprise resilience stack: EnsureDR for disaster recovery automation and validation, CyberSnap for cyber recovery and snapshot security, and Cloud1.live for AI-driven AWS operations — alongside Singular, YSIDE and Erez Paz Ltd. Earlier in his career he worked at Microsoft Israel in technology adoption and professional services.

His way of working is end-to-end: in the same week he moves between architecture, code, product, QA, customers and commercial strategy. He is the founder who joins the deep technical session with the customer's infrastructure team — and the one who decides what ships.

Today he builds AI-first, using AI across product development and software delivery — from design and coding to testing and operations — to ship enterprise-grade products with small, focused teams.
